it's been a while since i last updated...things have been ok though :~)
so far this summer there has been a little bit of babysitting, a lot of friend/family time, and good amount of sun and shopping...so i'm very content. we went to stone harbor with my dad for a week with the "new family" so that was kinda nice. and then next saturday i'm leaving with my mom for a month, which is scary, cause when i get back i'll have like 3 days before i leave for school! i'm really excited though. i made my bed, bath, & beyond trip, so i just have a couple things left that i need to buy. my bedding is purple with some green, blue, and pink, and all my other stuff falls in the same color scheme. i'm freaking out a bit cause i can't find my teddy bear, frizzy, that i've had since FOREVER, and i can't go to college without her!
hmmm...what else, what else...my aunt got a letter from the usmc saying not to send anymore stuff cause goobie's coming home in a few weeks! i think it'll be after i leave, but he promised to come visit ;~)
today i bought 2 canvases, blue, red, green, yellow, black, white, silver, and gold paints, brushes, a 120 box of crayolas (with a surprise inside!) and a candyland coloring book to keep me busy. i know i'm not much of an artist, but coloring i find very relaxing, and i've just been in a painting mood lately. i don't know why.
and i need to watch the notebook soon. or titanic. just something romantic that will make me cry. sometimes you need that.
and i picked the classes i'd like to take (we register at orientation). my ideal schedule would be medical controversies, psych. here&now, psych. 101, intermediate german, and psych. of development. mmmm, psych-y.
ahh it's crazy...other people go to college, not me. my older cousins go to college. kyle and his friends go to college. my parents went to college. your mom goes to college (sorry, couldn't help it). i DO NOT go to college...especially without frizzy :~\
